NURMIS aims to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or force majeure events. NURMIS shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

10. No Return & No Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control considerations, all cosmetic and personal care products sold by NURMIS are subject to a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

Returns shall not be accepted for: change of mind, personal preference, fragrance preference, texture preference, skin compatibility concerns, or opened or used products.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers receiving damaged, leaked, defective, expired, or incorrect products must notify NURMIS within 48 hours of delivery. The claim must include the order number, product photographs, outer packaging photographs, and an unboxing video (if available). NURMIS reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving replacements.

Discounts, promotional campaigns, coupons, loyalty rewards, and limited-time offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
